The wrestlers are finally starting to return to Badlands. With a lot more cast and crew in place, it's time to start preparing to crown a new overall champion of the promotion. But before that, Badlands needs to have some tune up shows...

Greg -  Ōzeki, The Shoot Fighter - The newly minted champion of Badlands Wrestling, Ōzeki has found himself to be a leader at the company and is trying to do his best, especially with trying to be a mentor and friend to his friend's daughter, Ronin Azteca.

Noah - Tor Baldhr, The Wasted - A Hardcore wrestler, Tor has taken to alcohol to ease his pains. Seeing Reefer's troubles is giving him some second thoughts...

We've recorded a Table Chatter, and we're dropping it as a bonus episode for Patrons for a limited time!

Ben introduced Aaron and Greg to the Image comic series DIE by Kieron Gillen and Stephanie Hans. In DIE, a group of six teens got sent to the world of their RPG in the 90s. Only five came back a few years later, and now in 2017, the remnant have returned to their world to confront their pasts and their futures. In addition, Kieron has started to develop an RPG version of the series. We talk the comic, our own pasts with comic books as a whole, the comic and how it interacts with RPGs, and the beta itself.

Kieron's already got over 250 pages of the beta for DIE available for free online, and on itch.io. If you are interested in the comic itself, the first issue is available to read for free on Image's website. DIE does contain depictions of violence, depression, and more. Viewer Discretion is advised (and for the rest of Kieron's work for Image, frankly.)

Aaron and Vince have just opened a Patreon for Kame House Party. They also stream weekly on Twitch. Aaron's also on Thinking Too Hard About Anime with Noah.

Ben:   Seth Metmaxas (He/Him), The Serpentine: His family of serpent/hydra folk are of a people who had ruled the earth, but now do not. He uses his family's wealth and abilities to observe humanity for future endeavors.

Ethan: Victor Munroe ‘Roe’ Velvet Jr.(He/Him), The Infernal: The son of Victor Munroe Velvet Sr., a popular prosperity gospel preacher. However, his father isn't what he seems, and Roe's got access to things he should not...

Ian: Ashley ‘Ash” MacFarland (He/Him), The Fae:  His family moved to town recently, after Ash essentially had them run out of town. He also has vague memories of encountering Fae, and now he is blessed with powers. Or is it cursed...?

Laura:  Esther Neal (She/Her), The Queen: The leader of the debate team. A mundane human and a good Christian girl, as far as we know.
